Snowdon (Yr Wydffa) Challenge

Join #TeamOracle for an epic adventure up the breathtaking Snowdon (Yr Wydffa) and help us raise vital funds for the Head and Neck cancer community.

Lace up your boots, grab your friends, and get ready to conquer the highest peak in Wales (1,085m) on Saturday 4th May. This ascent is your chance to push your limits, soak in stunning views and create unforgettable memories.

The hike is likely to take 6.5hrs up and down including short breaks and photo opportunities at the summit. All participants need to arrive by 08:15 in Llanberis for a prompt 08:30 start. We aim to be back by 3pm. Participants will need a good level of fitness level and commit to training in the weeks leading up to the challenge to ensure they successfully summit. They will be guided throughout by the Mountain Coach.

Participants need to arrange their own accomodation and we would recommend to do so as early as possible as this challenge is taking place on a bank holiday weekend. There are places to stay in Llanberis and also more options in nearby Bangor and Caernarfon.

Registration Fee: £35 Early Bird available until 31.01.2024, thereafter £40 per person.

Fundraising target per participant is £150.

The Fundraising team will be in touch to help you set up your fundraising page and will supply a charity T-Shirt for the event.
